Mindfulness Teacher
I am Liliana Cryer, a professional specializing in mindfulness education, with nine years of dedicated experience in the field. Throughout my career, I was part of the Calmer Choice team, where I had the privilege of instructing hundreds of children and facilitating adult groups on Cape Cod and in the Boston area.
My professional development includes training with Mindful Schools and completing Instructor Training with Calmer Choice. I am also a certified Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness (TSM) instructor and hold a Mindfulness Teacher certification from the Argentinian Mindfulness Association, accredited by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA) and the American Mindfulness Research Association (AMRA).
I am the author of the mindfulness children’s book series, Sky the Skunk and Friends, publications: “Sky the Skunk is Not Invited to the Party” and “Millie the Elephant Forgets Her Lines.”
